I am in the process of developing a hand reflexology workshop in which you will learn reflexology techniques that you will be able to perform on yourself or another person. Look for announcements in early 2012.

Reflexology for Stress: Read the article written by Marilyn about Reflexology as "a unique modality [that] strives to restore homeostasis to the body by reintegrating the body systems."

Read the article that appeared in Metrowest about reflexology and its use as an integrative therapy for cancer.

Marilyn has an article published in the Reflexology Association of America News Magazine in the autumn 2009 edition, entitled "Hand Reflexology: Cranial and Cervical Effects."

Marilyn was also quoted in an article in the September issue of Massage Magazine, "Create Balance with Reflexology," in regards to her work with the effects of reflexology on cancer patients.
